    FAQ

    Do I need sailing experience?

No. Our trips are perfect for beginners. Your instructor-skipper will guide the crew and explain the basics with a hands-on approach, always prioritizing safety.

    What should I pack?

Please bring a soft-shell bag (no hard suitcases), a sweatshirt for the evenings, swimwear, a beach towel, sunscreen, a hat, a snorkeling mask, and shoes with light-colored soles. If you take any personal medication, remember to bring it with you.

How does the “Common Fund” (Cassa Comune) work?

It is a shared fund used to cover the costs of the galley (groceries), fuel, and any port fees. The skipper is exempt from this contribution. The final amount depends on the group’s choices and consumption.

Do we sleep at anchor or in the harbour?

It depends on the weather and the itinerary. Usually, we alternate between quiet bays (at anchor) and marinas to enjoy both the sea and the local island life.

    What if I get seasick?

It happens! We’ll help you with practical tips on diet, positioning on board, and timing. If you know you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend bringing a remedy you have already tested.

How should I prepare for a Family Sailing Holiday?

We’ve created a complete guide covering everything you need to know: what to pack, how life on board works, safety rules, and practical advice.
